At this point of time we do not offer any money back guarantee.

Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, our main processor is PayPal.

I have reinstalled ModenaPanel on my server, but now I get a license invalid error. What should I do?
In order to avoid fraud, we disallow license reinstallation. You have to contact us and we will reset your license within 24 hours with no extra cost.

My credit card has been charged but I have not yet received my software, why?
It usually takes 24 hours for us to verify an order and process it.

What do I get if I order '1 month of on-line support ' service?
You get advanced technical help for 30 days. Billing, sales or emergency tickets are free for any ModenaPanel customer.

I have paid a due invoice representing an owned license, but the license is still marked as not paid. What should I do?
Your license will be manually activated within 24 hours.
